Lets be honest…. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone and it has not been kind to us. A lot of people had to sacrifice a lot to keep us safe and functional during quarantine, and a lot of people suffered from its effects. Victoria and Wyatt were one of my couples whose wedding was impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic and they almost had to cancel their wedding. They had a beautiful day planned and just like so many couples, they faced many challenges that come with planning a wedding during a global pandemic. Thankfully some restrictions lifted just in time for their original date and not only did they manage to plan an incredibly gorgeous day despite giving up their original dream, they also handled the change with such grace. Victoria and Wyatt were set on their July 11th 2020 date and tied the knot at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto. They were surrounded by their family during this very intimate wedding ceremony, while their friends watched from the comfort of their homes. Their incredible friends each recorded a video of their best wishes to the newlyweds that we watched following the ceremony. Before they left for dinner, we were able to capture some images on the rooftop apiary (where they keep bees and make their own honey, how cool is that?!). Victoria and Wyatt are very excited to be welcoming their first baby in a few months. The Hawke’s are as sweet as honey, best wishes to these two!
